Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents physically residing in the Los Angeles area who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Void wherever prohibited by law. Sweepstakes begins 12:01am PT, January 1, 2012 and ends 11:59pm PT January 31, 2012 (the “Term”). For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are Pacific (“PT”).
2. HOW TO ENTER:
(a) Online - Go deals.la.com and type in the information requested. LIMIT: ONE ENTRY PER PERSON, OR E-MAIL ADDRESS (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER MORE THAN ONE PERSON USES THE SAME E-MAIL ADDRESS).
3. CHANGE OF ADDRESS POLICY:
It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify Sponsor if the entrant changes his or her mailing or e-mail address. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. 4. GRAND PRIZE:
Enjoy a 2 night stay at Aston Lakeland Village Resort in a 2 bedroom condominium + 2 days of skiing/riding at the 7 Ski Lake Tahoe resorts for 4 people. One winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about February 5, 2012 from all eligible entries received during the Term. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prizes are not transferable, except to a surviving spouse residing in the same household. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any and all prizes with prizes of equal or greater value, if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. If due to a printing, production or other error, more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded for any prize level, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified and validated prize claims received for that prize level. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.
5. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY: Sponsor does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or printing errors, lost/delayed/ garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of: any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void.
