Kirk and Tom give terrific advice and I trust their judgment. If you are in for learning windsurfing or kite sailing during the winter, be sure to ask about Kirk's Baja operation at La Ventana. A wonderful setting and great sailing. On my 2012 January visit, I had good wind every single day for 8 days.
