It’s a $99 deal for one of two Sports International two-day football camps headlined by NFL San Diego Chargers stars: Defensive back Antoine Cason (July 6-7, Edison H.S., Huntington Beach) or wide receiver Vincent Brown (July 9-10, Chaffey College, Rancho Cucamonga).
Each camper receives individual and team instruction on both offense and defense with concentration on fundamentals of the game, as well as lectures and demonstrations from the camp’s extensive staff of high school coaches, and players (like the Chargers’ Cason and Brown!) with a passion for sharing their knowledge with young athletes.
Campers receive approximately six hours of instruction each day, and are organized by age, position, ability and experience to progressively learn basic and advanced techniques. Campers wear helmets/shoulder pads for “controlled contact,” with whistles blown before actual tackling.
